Terrible customer service and total rip-off, I was billed over twice what I was quoted. I told the kid in the store I was bringing it back and he could've told me it was going to cost more than double what he quoted but he seemed like he couldn't wait to get me out of there. I signed their contract quickly since I was in a hurry, so now I'm screwed out of over $900 over my quote!! I haven't used U-haul in over a decade and things have changed, I will never use them again. I would use any other rental company at this point, and especially this location. I talked to corporate and they told me that only the store could help me, and all they could do is knock off $29 (so essentially "tough luck pal"). Unbelievable rip-off!

Horrible customer service - they play favorites for tow hitches. Despite us having an appointment the GM made up some sad story contrary to their corporate 800 number that they are first come first served for tow hitches. Also, their mechanic - would not let him work on our kid’s fake car let alone a real one. Highly unethical behaviors from this company. The corporate office did not even bother to reach out to us about our experience when we contacted them. Take your money elsewhere if you want a company that values ALLL of its customers.

We rented a U-Haul and transport trailer for our car to move from CO to OR. On the 28th of August the tire on the transport caught fire westbound on I84. Our car completely burned and all of our belongings are destroyed due to smoke damage. The fire chief said the situation could have been avoided and was due to bad wheel bearings. He also stated this was the second fire on a u-hail transport this week bc of the same reason. Thank God no one was hurt. We were told we were minutes away from an explosion. Beware before using u-haul.
